Dueling Chefs - A Culinary Experience

Experience the best of North Georgia & Ozark cuisine in this one-of-a-kind showcase! Event Fee: $75 per person, XLIFE not applicable Featuring: Chef & Twin Brothers – William Cook & Briggs Cook Executive Chef William Cook | Eagle Watch Club: A master of southern cuisine, Chef Will brings the rich, authentic flavors of the North Georgia Mountains to the table. Executive Chef Briggs Cook | Velocity Health Group: A former John Tyson Executive Chef & an innovator in modern techniques, Chef Briggs highlights bold, "root-to-table" Ozark cuisine. Menu Overview: Course 1: Arugula, Georgia peaches, goat cheese, candied pecans & berry vinaigrette. Course 2: Poached shrimp on a fried green tomato with remoulade sauce. Course 3: Thela Allen’s chicken thigh with ale gravy. Course 4: Arkansas bacon with a fig jam glaze & North Georgia Mountain sorghum on crostini. Course 5(Main Course Showdown): Chef William: Deep-fried quail stuffed with savory sage cornbread dressing, served on creamy mashed potatoes & drizzled with rich sausage gravy. Accompanied by sweet honey-glazed carrots, this dish celebrates the vibrant flavors of North Georgia mountain cuisine. Ladies’ Pop Art Mountain Canvas Workshop Thursday, March 12 | 6 p.m. | $30 per painter | Reservations Required Join us for a fun and creative Ladies’ Pop Art Mountain Canvas Painting Workshop, perfect for all skill levels. A guided, step-by-step lesson will walk you through creating a bold, colorful mountain masterpiece. All supplies are included—just bring your creativity and enjoy a relaxed, social evening. Leave with a finished canvas you’ll be proud to display. Each reservation includes one canvas. If you’d like to paint additional canvases, please let us know in the notes section when making your reservation.
